SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
About the Scholarship
During the Yolo Unity Awards Event on October 4, 2024, we will present a Scholarship Award to a law student who lives and/or attends law school in Yolo County. This scholarship is awarded to a law student with a demonstrated commitment to working in a unified manner to advance the cause of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession and/or community.
Interested law students should submit the following materials:
- law school transcript (or other transcript if law student does not yet have a law school transcript,
- résumé, and
- essay (1,000 words max). Essay should demonstrate your commitment to working in a unified manner to advance the cause of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession and/or community.
Deadline to apply for the Scholarship Award:
Friday, September 20, at 5:00 p.m.
